Shipping

Items will be shipped USPS Ground with a tracking number and $100 of insurance. All ready to ship items will be sent within 1-3 business days. Any items that are made to order will ship once they are completed. Made to order items generally take 2-6 weeks to complete.

Please contact me if you would like to request expedited shipping. Any international shipping will be handled on a case by case basis and I can provide you with a shipping quote prior to purchase.

You will receive an email notification with your order's tracking number once your order has shipped. Check your SPAM/Junk folder if you have not received a shipping confirmation. Burnt Ginger Studios cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages up to $100 are automatically insured through USPS. Additional low cost order protection is available at check out and is highly recommended to insure your order in case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, especially for orders over $100.
